Det er meget v\u00e6rdifuldt b\u00e5de for den enkelte og hele skolen og dens kapacitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det sl\u00e5r ofte igennem ved, at man p\u00e5 skolen vil opfatte, at nogle omr\u00e5der \u2019tilh\u00f8rer\u2019 bestemte l\u00e6rere. Disse l\u00e6rere f\u00e5r en s\u00e6rlig status samtidig med, at de vil f\u00f8le et s\u00e6rligt ansvar for deres omr\u00e5de. Det kan g\u00e6lde de enkelte fagomr\u00e5der, hvad enten det er skolefag, eller s\u00e6rlige indsatsomr\u00e5der.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det kan ogs\u00e5 g\u00e6lde omr\u00e5der som f\u00f8rstehj\u00e6lp, venskabsskoler, sportsaktiviteter, skolekomedie, mental sundhed, skolehave, skolekor osv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingen l\u00e6rer kan v\u00e6re involveret i alt, og absolut ingen kan v\u00e6re den drivende kraft i alle aktiviteter. Med andre ord er dette en naturlig del af <strong>arbejdsdelingen p\u00e5 skolen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Man skal heller ikke v\u00e6re blind for, at det medvirker til <strong>synlighed for kollegerne<\/strong>, n\u00e5r en bestemt person forbindes med en s\u00e6rlig funktion p\u00e5 skolen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ofte optr\u00e6der disse personer mere eller mindre som <strong>ildsj\u00e6le <\/strong>for deres omr\u00e5de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>De mulige ulemper ved ildsj\u00e6ls-funktionen kan v\u00e6re:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Ildsj\u00e6len kan komme til at sidde lovligt tungt p\u00e5 sit omr\u00e5de \u2013 ses ofte ved \u00e6ldre l\u00e6rere, som har deres selvopfattelse knyttet til denne status. S\u00e5 kan det v\u00e6re sv\u00e6rt for yngre l\u00e6rere at komme til.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Ildsj\u00e6len kan komme til at virke konserverende for udviklingen, fordi vedkommende ikke \u00f8nsker at udfordre sine forestillinger om omr\u00e5det.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Ildsj\u00e6len medvirker til en koncentration af viden, magt og resurser til sig selv, som modvirker udvikling p\u00e5 skolen og inden for omr\u00e5det.
